Seriake Dickson Re-Elected Governor Of Bayelsa State

After declaring the results of six other LGAs where supplementary elections held on Saturday, January 9th, and after INEC took a short break waiting for a final collation of election results for Southern Ijaw LGA, the electoral body has concluded the exercise. However, after resuming to the collation center, a final declaration of results were made which put Governor Seriake Dickson of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the official winner of the election. Todays collation included election results from Nembe, Ekeremor, Brass, Southern Ijaw, Ogbia, Yenagoa and Sagbama local government areas of the Niger Delta state.
