The designated conference officer from the organisation will fill in his/her details and submit 5. An email will be sent to the email address the conference officer has provided in filling 4 above confirming the submission of the conference officer’s details. 6. Kindly log in upon receipt of the mail with your username being your email address and the password as contained in the mail received. 7. Upon successful log in, the conference officer of the organisation will fill the details of each of their staff registering under the group registration 8. Upon completion of the form of details of each member of your organisation, the conference officer will keep clicking on ADD TO GROUP until the conference officer is done with all members of the organisation. 9. Automatically, the total amount to be paid by the organisation will be generated on the right side of the screen. 10. Click on “group members” on the left side of the screen to review your members. 11. Upon review click on finalise and Pay. Please note a group must consist of at least 10 persons. Where a group is below 10 persons the finalize tab for actual payment will not pop up hence payment will be impracticable. 12. Upon successful payment online, group members will be activated and each member will receive a welcome email and guide to login to the portal. 13.
