A Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday refused an application by a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain seeking to reopen the National Headquarters of th party in Abuja.
Justice Abdul Kafarati ruled that there is no evidence of service of the motion-on-notice on the defendants.
But applicant’s counsel, Joel Onumonu informed the court that he has the proof of service conducted by the court bailiffs.
