George Nwosu told the court that the accused committed the offence on Sept.15 at No 18, Ojuelegba Str., Dalemo, Ogun. He said that the accused being the driver of a rover car, FKY 263DZ, caused the death of a 45-year-old man, Adeyemi Olalekan. Nwosu said that the accused drove his car in a dangerous and reckless manner by dozing while driving and in the process lost control and caused the death of the victim. “The accused was dozing on steering, lose control and rammed into the stationery car where the owner was loading goods in the booth of his car. “The victim was rushed to the hospital but died the following day,” he said.
