A legal practitioner and prolific author, Ekemini Udim is calling on lawyers who have Certified True Copies of recent judgments of the Court of Appeal on marriage or matrimonial causes to kindly submit them for publication.
This was contained in a letter dated June 16th, 2018 and sent to TheNigerialawyer (TNL) by the learned author.
As stated in the letter , Ekemini has the permission of the President of the Court of Appeal, Honourable Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa, to publish judgments of the Court of Appeal on Matrimonial Causes.
The report will be known as MATRIMONIAL CAUSES LAW REPORTS OF NIGERIA and cited as: (2018) MCLRN (Pt. 1) 001.
Practitioners with recent judgments of the court on marriage or matrimonial causes are enjoined to send the CTC of such judgments to Ekemini Udim using the email address herein provided below. Such judgments will be published subject to verification/confirmation from the division of the court from which they were delivered.
Also note that recent judgments of the Court of Appeal touching on Islamic Marriage will equally be appreciated and accepted for publication.
