Job Title: Business Development Manager
o Develop, recommend, and manage the firm marketing plan.
o Recommend markets and projects to pursue.
o Follow up new business opportunities, set up meetings, make presentations and close deals.
o Oversee the development of marketing literature
o Provide management with feedback
o Deliver sales target
o Explore synergies that would generate revenue
o Act as brand ambassador representing organisation at client events and tradeshows.
o Build database of potential clients and manage relationships
o Administrative duties related to the work
o Initiate and drive cross-selling activities with other offices, support on RFPs, pitches and capability statements
o Conduct client and market research.
o Minimum of first degree in law and member of NBA
o MBA is an added advantage
o 10 years cognate experience

o Should be a lawyer

o A deep understanding of marketing principles
o Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
o Good Negotiation skills
o Good networking skills.

o Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
o Excellent business development and marketing process
o Ability to develop key client accounts
o Proven ability to generate new revenue streams
o N750, 000 net (excluding bonus of up to 1million naira per month depending on performance)
