Body Of Senior Advocates Announces The Demise Of Their Members

Below is the notice of announcement The Dear learned SAN, With deep regret but with total submission to the Will of God, the secretariat of the Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (BOSAN) wishes to announce the death of the following dear members: 1. Mr O.J Nnadi, SAN , called to the Bar in 1986, admitted to the Inner Bar in 2010 and practicing in Onitsha, Anambra State who died on 30th of December 2017. He was aged 58. Funeral arrangements are still being expected from the family. 2. Chief Francis Forum Egele, SAN , called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 admitted to the Inner Bar just last year, 2017 and practicing in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and Yenegoa, Bayelsa State respectively. He died on 5th of January 2018 and was aged 55. Funeral arrangements are still being expected from his family. 3. Chief Gani Adetola-Kaseem, SAN, called to the Bar in 1980, admitted to the Inner Bar in 2002 and practicing in Lagos. He died in the early hours of 8th January 2018 and was aged 70. Indication from his family is that he will be buried today in accordance with Moslem rites. We shall keep you posted on the funeral arrangements including special court sessions for Mr. Nnadi and Mr. Egele as soon as we receive same from their respective families. Same applies to Chief Adetola-Kaseem after his burial today. May the souls of Messrs Osita Jude Nnadi, Francis Forum Egele and Gani Adekunle Adetola-Kaseem and souls of other faithful departed rest in perfect peace! Amen!
